Directions for Use

Rub On Method: Children over 2 years: Gently rub a small amount on the chest and back. Leave clothes loose for easy inhalation. Adults: Rub liberally onto the chest, throat, and back. Cover the whole area for maximum effect. Leave nightclothes loose to allow vapours to be inhaled easily.

Inhalation Method: Adults: For deep action relief from head cold or nasal catarrh, melt two teaspoons of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of very hot (not boiling) water. Inhale the soothing medicated vapours for 1-15 minutes.
