They help treat skin irritation, redness, swelling, tenderness, and discomfort caused by allergies such as hay fever, pet allergies, dust mite and mould spore allergies, food allergies, nettle rash, hives, dermatitis, prickly heat, heat rash, insect bites and stings, and the itchy rash of chickenpox. Each tablet contains 4 mg of chlorphenamine maleate, an antihistamine that works to reduce the body’s allergic response. The formulation also includes lactose, maize starch, yellow iron oxide (E 172), magnesium stearate, and water.
