Direction for Use

Wash hands thoroughly before handling. Unwrap the tampon, ensuring the string is fully extended and visible. Find a comfortable position (sitting, standing, or squatting) and gently insert the tampon into the vagina using your finger, aiming toward the lower back until only the string remains outside. Leave the string hanging outside for easy removal. Change the tampon every 4-8 hours to reduce the risk of infection. To remove, gently pull the string straight down and dispose of the used tampon in a bin (do not flush).
