Ingredients:

Rice Noodle Packet: Rice Noodle (Rice>55%, Corn Starch ,Wheat Starch, Water).

Tomato Seasoning Packet: Soybean Oil, Tomato, Salt, Spices, Food Additives (Monosodium Glutamate, Food Flavours, Potassium Sorbate).

Green Bean Packet: Yardlong Bean (Yardlong Bean, Water, Sall. Potassium Sorbate), Water, Black Fungus, Soybean Oil, Chilli, Salt, Vinegar, Monosodium Glutamate.

Soup Packet: Water, River Snail Soup, Soybean Oil, Spices, Sall, Monosodium Glutamate, Rock Sugar, Ginger, Potassium Sorbate.

Bamboo Shoots Packet: Bamboo Shoots (Bamboo Shoots, Water, Salt, Potassium Sorbate), Soybean oil, Chilli, Monosodium Glutamate.

Bean Curd Packet: Bean Curd (Soybean, Water), Soybean Oil.

Peanut Packet: Peanut, Soybean Oil.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Put the rice noodle with 500ml of cold water into the pot and cook until boiling
2. Cook the rice noodle for 5-8 minutes, then drain.
3. Bring another 500ml of water to boil Add the tofu and rice noodle of step 2 into the water.
4. Keep cooking until the rice noodle can be pinched off by chopsticks. Then add soup base and all ingredient packs into the cooking pot.
5. Add peanut and chilli oil (base on personal taste) and stir slightly. You also can add vegetables.
