This Korean barbecue sauce has a perfect blend of savory and sweet flavors that create an authentic taste of Korean beef bulgogi.

The sauce can also be used for grilling, roasting, or stir-frying various meats and vegetables.

Ingredients:

Sugar, Soy Sauce [Water, defatted soybean, wheat, sea salt, rice syrup, alcohol, flavour enhancer (E627, E631), Sweetener (E955)], water, salt, yeast extract, garlic, alcohol (to preserve freshness), ginger, black pepper powder, flavour enhancer (E627, E631), modified corn starch (E1422), thickener (E145), acidity regulator (E300).

Allergens: Soy, Wheat.

Manufactured in a same facility with producuts used wheat.

As a first seasoning ever in Korea, ‘chungjungone’s meat marinade’ helps ‘Korea’s bulgogi/galbi taste authentic. Chungjungone’s meat marinade is made of local pears and wine/rice wine and makes meat tastes tender and soft.

Mix the sauce with meat thoroughly and season the meat for more than 30 minutes and cook it with vegetables.
