Benylin® Chesty Coughs (Non-drowsy) is formulated to relieve productive, chesty coughs by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. Each 5 ml dose delivers guaifenesin to support expectoration and levomenthol to provide a cooling, soothing sensation in the throat and chest. Its non-drowsy formula lets you stay alert during the day, and the concentrated raspberry flavor makes dosing more pleasant.

Ingredients
Active: Guaifenesin 100 mg, Levomenthol 1.1 mg per 5 ml
Others: Sodium benzoate (E211), sucrose, liquid glucose, glycerol, citric acid monohydrate, sodium citrate, saccharin sodium, ethanol 96%, caramel T12, Ponceau 4R (E124), concentrated raspberry essence, carbomer, purified water.

Product Warnings
Do not use if you have had a hypersensitivity reaction to any ingredient. Store below 30 °C in the original container. Do not use if the bottle seal is broken. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or A&E department immediately, taking the pack with you.

Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience severe allergic reactions (e.g., blistering skin rash) or gastrointestinal upset (nausea, vomiting, stomach pain or diarrhea).

Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you have liver or kidney problems, diabetes mellitus, sugar intolerance, or a chronic cough (e.g., asthma-related) with heavy mucus production, or if you consume alcohol.
