Direction for Use

1. Use at a different time than tooth brushing.
2. Rinse once daily with 10 ml (2 teaspoonfuls) of mouthwash around the teeth for one minute.
3. Spit out the mouthwash after rinsing.
4. Avoid drinking, eating, or rinsing your mouth for 15 minutes after use.
5. Do not exceed the stated dose. Excessive dosage may cause nausea and dental fluorosis in children under 7.
